Abstract

Introduction: The Primary Malignant Melanoma of Esophagus is an uncommon and very agressive tumor. With controversial management, it predominates the surgical treatment in localized disease.

Clinical case: We present the case of a young women with Primary Malignant Melanoma of Esophagus with atypical presentation and its surgical management using the Akiyama technique.
